Amity Sports Fest
The last Amity Sports Fest had over 28 participating universities including University of Dubai, American University of Sharjah, Middlesex University Dubai, University of Ajman and many more, with a record number of 1,654 students enlisted in a total of 8 events. Over a span of 4-days athletes competed in basketball, cricket, volleyball, badminton, football, tennis, throwball and athletics, with 3 winning spots awarded to the winners of each sport. In addition to the athletic events, students that visited the University were able to enjoy a number of fun games with prizes, impromptu dance competitions and music organised by this year’s sponsors Talabat, Red Bull UAE and Sketchers. This dynamic sports event aimed to unifying students through sports, creating a culture that celebrates and encourages students to remain active and get involved in extracurricular activities
