Our residential building frames the outdoor sports field and is visible from the pedestrian pathway and along the highway. The residences can accommodate over 250 students with 10 guest rooms for visiting faculty and guests. Each student has their own credentials to connect up to four devices to the WiFi. A gym is available to students from 7am to 10pm, a coin operated laundry room, game room, study area and a functioning kitchen are all accessible for residents to use at any time.
Male and female residences are in the same building, each with separate entry and exit points. Female students are on the 3rd floor, while male students are on the 2nd floor.
Students can choose between double rooms or single rooms, each of which are fully furnished with basic necessities and a bathroom.
Located in Dubai Academic City, the student residences are a few minutes away from Dubai Silicon Oasis which includes a number of departmental stores and dining options.
